Terms of service

The trend feed shows formats we observe in public TikTok posts and Instagram Reels in the US and Korea. Its counts are accounts in our sample, not platform totals, and a trend can fade at any time.

Filming plans, channel analyses, video feedback and answers are written by AI from that evidence. They are creative drafts: check facts, claims and music rights before you post. We don't promise views, followers or income.

An account is for one person. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it at any time from Account.

Please don't scrape the site with automated tools, share or resell an account to get around its limits, abuse free allowances or forms, or try to break its security. We may limit, suspend or close an account that does.

Price and renewal. Pro is billed monthly, at the price and currency shown on the pricing page and at checkout, plus any taxes that apply. Stripe charges your card at the start of each billing period, and Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Allowances. Pro includes the filming plans, channel analyses and video feedback reviews listed on the pricing page for each billing period. Unused allowance doesn't carry over. Free allowances are per account, not per month.

A failed payment. If a renewal payment fails, Pro pauses until the payment goes through.

Price changes. If we change the price, we'll email you before the new price applies. It starts at your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Deleting your account cancels the subscription right away, and Pro ends with it.

If you're charged for a billing period and haven't used any of that period's Pro allowance, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.

Otherwise payments aren't refunded, including for the rest of a period after you cancel, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If we stop offering Pro, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

What you type, and the plans, reports and answers written for you, are yours to use. A completed channel analysis is a public page anyone with its link can open; ask us and we'll take one down.

Trend examples link to public posts that belong to their creators. We show them as evidence; they aren't ours to license, and using MakeTrends AI gives you no rights to them. The site, its design and its data are ours.

We may change or stop features, and we can't promise the service is never interrupted. When these terms change, we update this page and its date; if a change matters to Pro subscribers, we'll email you first.

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.
