This trend is creator videos centered on life with an old dog: slow walks, bath routines, grooming sessions, medication, dementia quirks, and lots of affectionate close-ups. The video often shows the dog being handled like a beloved elderly family member — for example, a long bath with two shampoos, careful drying, brushing, or a before-and-after grooming reveal. Some clips are more like a “day in the life” of caring for a senior pet, while others spotlight the dog’s personality and special needs.
Examples
How to film it

- Film a “living with a senior dog” mini day-in-the-life: meds, assisted walking, naps, feeding, and one funny personality moment.
